The Role As a Sr Flower Technician, you will perform a variety of plant maintenance activities to ensure the highest quality flower for our patients and consumers to enjoy. In this role, you will ensure the healthy growth of our cannabis plants and keep a safe, positive work environment and culture. In addition, you will be responsible for training new employees on our SOP’s and best practices as well as performing required computer work. Responsibilities: Production: - Participate in department safety audits and hazard assessments - Train new hires on department 5S requirements - Ensure all employees execute processes in the guidelines of department specific training - Report and escalate safety concerns - Train employees on compliance with PPE and area safety requirements - Train employees on compliance with GMP, biosecurity, sanitation or other quality and compliance requirements - Train employees on all company and state required record keeping is accurate and complete - Train employees on tools, equipment and machinery - Ensure department inventory requirements are met - Report and escalate quality concerns - Use hands and hand tools to perform plant maintenance activities inc...
