POSITION SUMMARY: As a Maintenance Tech III , your day will look like: The Maintenance Tech III works independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks. This technician is responsible for breakdowns and repair of general service production equipment, Tech III trained and assist Tech I and Tech II, work with contractors, POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Diagnoses, tests, maintains and repairs electrical and electronic equipment, such as: - Hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems and components. - Variable speed AC and DC motor Drives - Obey all plant safety rules and procedures at all times. Including wearing proper PPE. - Install, repair and service electrical and mechanical and hydraulic equipment, production equipment, and any other equipment related to operations or maintaining the facilities. - Effectively troubleshoot using manuals, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and eliminate problems as they arise - Understand fluid power systems; troubleshoot, install, and repair power units, valve operation, cylinders, motors, pumps - Able to troubleshoot and diagnose CNC equipment - Perfo...
