This Senior level Tradesman will be responsible for Heating, ventilation and air conditioning HVAC systems. The technician will install, maintain and repair indoor air quality systems including, electric and gas fired heaters & boilers, air conditioning split systems, RTU's and Chillers systems. Must be familiar with computerized & automated control systems. You must be a detail oriented, HVAC technician, skilled at cleaning, adjusting and repairing all such systems. You will be responsible for maintaining air quality from new installations to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.
