Job description

The Common Services Service Delivery Program Manager provides senior leadership for service delivery execution under the SEC Office of Information Technology (OIT) ISS contract. This role is responsible for day-to-day management and accountability of project managers supporting infrastructure delivery and enterprise support outcomes. The position ensures projects meet milestones and deliverables while driving SLA attainment through analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement in partnership with SEC stakeholders. The role also aligns resources, governance, and process disciplines to support secure, efficient, and compliant service delivery across the contract. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Leadership and Team Management: Provide day-to-day middle management and accountability for project managers within infrastructure delivery management.
