Pacific Northwest Pet ER & Specialty Center - Vancouver, WA Licensed Veterinary Technician, Emergency - (Full Time | Day Shift) Sign On Bonus: Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LVTs! Pacific Northwest Pet ER & Specialty Center is a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital located in Vancouver, WA, just outside Portland, OR.
