About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to support deposit pricing and portfolio strategy within the Consumer and Small Business Bank. This role plays a critical individual‑contributor leadership role in developing the analytics that inform product pricing, rate rotation strategies, balance growth initiatives, and margin/NII tradeoffs across consumer and small business deposit portfolios. The Lead Analytics Consultant partners closely with product, finance, and strategy stakeholders and serves as a key contributor to analytics supporting pricing decisions, portfolio mix optimization, and deposit growth planning.
