The expected salary for this position: 9600 - 14000 PLN The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations. We are looking for You if: - You have Bachelor’s degree in HR managements, Business Administration, or a related field, - proven experience in quality management assurance and process improvement, ideally within HR functions, - 5 years’ experience in same area, - strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws and compliance requirements, - exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, - proficiency in various HR systems, quality management tools and data analysis, - excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence change, - certifications such as Six Sigma. ISO Quality Management, or HR certifications are an advantage. Additionally, you will score for: - attention to detail and accuracy, - critical thinking and decision-making, - ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, - leadership and training abilities, - commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
