Job description

Job purpose: Ensure effective quality planning and execution across electrification projects by coordinating APQP/PPAP activities, applying lessons learned, and acting as the key interface between project, plant, and global quality teams to meet internal and customer quality standards. Responsibilities: Project Quality Planning: develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality plans, procedures, and standards APQP & PPAP Management: coordinate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities and oversee Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions for new Electrification projects LLC Management: manage the Lessons Learn Implementation at early project stages Plant interface for Global AQ Team: act as the Plant Project Quality Interface between Project and Plant Teams Key competences: Skilled in Polish and English – mandatory (German would be an asset) Technical education supported by: Product/Process Knowledge Knowledge of the Problem – Solving Tools and Methods Knowledge of the Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP, etc.) Knowledge of the Customer Specific Requirements & Portals (Mercedes, VAG, etc.) VDA 6.3 Auditor would be an asset Minimum 3 years...
