Salesforce and Broker Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer – Salesforce to support development, configuration, and platform enhancements within Salesforce Health Cloud and broker‑specific integrations. This role focuses on hands‑on development, configuration, and production support rather than platform or solution design. Ideal candidates bring: - At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . - Strong declarative configuration skills, including Flows and preferably OmniStudio . - Experience with unit testing, debugging, and supporting applications in production environments. - Familiarity with DevSecOps processes and progressing changes through Salesforce environment. Notes: - Salesforce certifications are preferred. - Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus. - This role does require an on‑call support rotation about once every four weeks. - A final confirmation interview on-site may be required for this role. - Sponsorship is not available for this position.
