Job description

As Scout’s Capital Markets Associate, you will play an integral role in capital raising activities for our growing portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects. We expect a high volume of transactions and are expanding the team to support that growth. In this position, you will provide key support to project finance, corporate finance, and capital recycling transactions. Beyond your financial modeling and analysis, your work will include a combination of engagement with capital providers (debt, tax equity, and equity), day-to-day management of transactions, and collaboration with teams across the organization. Your deal-oriented mindset will enable you to craft optimal capital solutions, identify and manage diligence risks, and efficiently drive transactions to close – all while integrating the Scout Values in the way you work and relate to others.
