Compensation: $62400 - $72800 / year Position Summary: The Operations Coordinator will work closely with management, field and finance teams to ensure that all materials/services/equipment needed for projects and inventory are recorded and acquired according to company guidelines and are delivered on schedule. Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties: - Serve as the main contact between suppliers, project teams, field staff, and finance. - Handle purchase requests promptly, ensuring all order details meet project needs. - Enter purchase orders accurately and on time. - Request bids from vendors to secure competitive pricing for materials and equipment. - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Issue materials to projects and record transactions in the accounting system. - Supervise yard staff and manage daily yard operations. - Track project material status and update deliv...
