Description JOB TITLE: LVN SCHEDULER: JOB CODE: 23: DEPARTMENT: ADMINISTRATIVE: FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT: REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF NURSING: JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity. Also responsible for facility scheduling. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, and perform nail care of any residents assigned - Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse - Lift, move, and transfer residents as required - Answer call lights in a timely manner - Assist or feed residents - Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care - Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents - Monthly schedule development based on facility budgeted PPD - Complete and post daily schedule - Complete daily staffing sheet postings and maintain one year of postings - Work to replace staff for PTO/sick requests, call in's, absenteeism - Track attendance of clinical team members - Work on the floor as a CNA or CMA as needed - Participate in on call schedule as assigned - Understand and adhere to the guidelines of...
