POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for supporting the execution of learning and content initiatives that build associate capability, enhance customer experience, and improve store performance. This role also serves as the hands-on lead for multimedia production—filming, editing, and producing high quality video and visual content—and provides structured project management to ensure learning and creative initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to enterprise priorities.
