Company: Mercer Description: The Consultant configures and consults on core DarwinTM functionality and configures medium-complex benefits including unit testing. They configure and schedule standard provider reports, bespoke provider and payroll reports and other medium-complex tasks. They have a solid understanding of benefits and how these are built on DarwinTM. They understand end-to-end benefit administration processes including interfacing on DarwinTM. They are responsible for delivering project tasks as well as being able to help scope and provide basic estimates for DarwinTM configuration work. They are expected to share knowledge both on an ad-hoc basis with other team members or as part of a post project review. May be asked to knowledge share and buddy new team members after 6-12 months experience The role will be based in Cluj-Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
