Casualty Claims Handler Department: Claims Management: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Leeds: Description: Previous Casualty Claims Handling experience essential Davies are looking to recruit a dedicated Liability Claims Handler to join our growing Casualty team. The role of the Liability Claims Handler is to efficiently handle EL & PL claims for both personal injury and third-party property damage. While not essential, experience of all 3 UK legal jurisdictions would be beneficial as would experience in other areas of claim’s handling. The successful candidate will manage an allocated caseload, completing enquires in relation to policy indemnity, legal liability and quantum, reporting to clients and ensuring that claims are handled proactively in accordance with the handling philosophy of Casualty Claims Solutions and their clients. This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate working as part of a dedicated team providing a first-class proactive claims handling service to major clients.
