Executive Vice President of Operations (EVP of Operations) The Executive Vice President of Operations (EVP of Operations) is a senior executive leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s operational performance, financial health, compliance standards, and service quality. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the EVP of Operations partners closely with executive leadership to ensure organizational goals align with Beacon’s core values of Integrity, Compassion, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence.
