Junior Customer Journey Expert of Payment request (Betaalverzoek) and Wero

Job description

For a period of 6 months, we are looking for a junior colleague who will support the Payment Request (Betaalverzoek) and Wero proposition within Tribe Payments NL. In this assignment, you will help the squad with day-to-day product support activities, with a strong focus on risk, operations, and marketing-related work. The assignment is ideal for someone at the start of their product or customer journey career who wants to gain hands-on experience in payments, learn how a digital payment proposition is managed end-to-end, and contribute to the transition and growth of Wero alongside the existing Payment Request proposition. Assignment: As Junior Customer Journey Expert, you will support the squad in monitoring product performance, preparing analyses and materials, coordinating smaller actions, and following up on improvements across Payment Request and Wero. You will work closely with senior CJEs, Product Owners, operations colleagues, risk/compliance stakeholders, and marketing teams.
