Are you ready to take your camp experience to the next level? We are looking for energetic and organized Lead Summer Camp Counselors to join our Summer Daze team. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional counseling to serve as a key partner to our Camp Director, ensuring our operations run smoothly while creating a safe and unforgettable summer for our campers. Program runs June 10, 2026 – August 7, 2026. Campers are a mixture of students Grade 1 – Grade 7. $18/hr.; 32-hour work week. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Assisting the Camp Director with administrative tasks, such as managing camper check-ins/outs, creating and distributing newsletters, and handling parent communications. - Supervision & Safety: Providing constant supervision for your assigned cohort during activities, meals, and field trips. - Program Planning: Leading age-appropriate games and activities that spark creativity, teamwork, and social growth. - Direct Support: Assisting younger campers (grades 1-2) with daily needs, including hygiene and sunscreen application. - Team Collaboration: Coordinating schedules and working closely with other counselors to ensure a cohesive and h...
