About the Role DP World is seeking a proactive Technical Learning Manager to join our People team and support our logistics operations across Oceania. Working within the Learning & Development team, you will partner with site leaders across terminals, warehousing, transport and rail operations to build workforce capability through practical frontline learning solutions. In this role, you will design and deliver frontline technical training programs, translate corporate frameworks into site-based learning and ensure training is aligned with operational and compliance requirements. You will also work with SMEs to develop and improve learning content, analyse training data to inform decisions and support audits and reporting activities. This is a unique opportunity to work across our network, with flexibility for the role to be based in Port Botany (NSW) or West Melbourne (VIC).
