Required Skills & Abilities: -Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written -At least two (2) years previous engineering/maintenance experience in hotel, hospital, apartment or office building -Flexible to work AM, mid-shift, PM, overnight, weekends and holidays -Able to use computer or tablet -Must be able to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, stand on feet for at least eight (8) hours and able to lift, push or pull 25 lbs. to 75 lbs. -Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, H.V.A.C., boilers highly preferred -Experience in painting, drywall, calking and carpentry highly preferred Job Description: -Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and assigned areas of the hotel -Assist in checking electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, television sets, lighting systems, and make minor repairs and/or replacement -Assist with major repairs of all hotel equipment including small appliances, kitchen and...
