Operations Overview: This role is a blend of hands-on technical assembly, applications support, and lab operations: Advanced Board Work: Perform surface-mount soldering related to the assembly, repair, and rework of printed circuit boards (PCBs) populated with surface mount components (including fine pitch components like CSP, BGA, QFN, 0402, 0201, 01005). System Debug: Use electronic schematics and layout diagrams to assemble, debug, and fix problems at the board or system level under the mentorship of senior engineers.
