What you’ll do: - Ability to handle a paint gun. - Ability to spot if gun is not working properly and do the maintenance if needed. - Ability to organize and perform the steps needed in sequence. - Ability to prep bodies for epoxy prime coat. - Ability to use in house mixing system. - Ability to remember all paint numbers and reducer numbers as well as how to mix all types, brands, and the amounts needed. - Ability to mix and spray all types of paints such as metallic, acrylic enamels, primers, polyurethanes, spatter paints, molycote, and under coating. - Ability to plan ahead for...
