Buckland is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist What you’ll be doing This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the employee payroll and benefits programs in Canada. In addition, this position will assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust, and satisfaction. The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover.
