Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for consumer-facing applications at the software/hardware product intersection. - Experience with the Android ecosystem (e.g., Android Open Source Project (AOSP), Android Frameworks). Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience shipping products in the Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR)/XR space. - Experience working with executive engineering, product and UX leads to balance tight timelines with technical excellence management. - Proficiency in using data, building dashboards, writing simple scripts to drive engineering decisions and performance optimizations for fast-paced environments.
