Your Responsibilities: - Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees as part of daily operations - Managing team leaders in your area (e.g., inbound or outbound) and facilitating shift/team meetings - Close coordination with the Operations Manager - Ensuring planned volumes, productivity, and relevant key performance indicators are met - Scheduling employees, overseeing training and development, and supporting training initiatives while communicating training needs to training coordinators - Monitoring the proper use of equipment, resolving operational issues, and conducting process checks and facility inspections Your Profile: - Ideally, training in logistics or a comparable qualification - Professional experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar field with relevant responsibilities - Initial leadership experience - Proficiency in MS Office (esp...
