About the Role We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to help originate and shape transaction opportunities within our Life & Health (L&H) Reinsurance business. This is a strategic role focused on identifying and advancing Transactions and Structured & Financial Solutions across regions. Swiss Re partners with insurers to design bespoke reinsurance solutions that address capital, regulatory, and financial market challenges. Leveraging our global capabilities, we support clients in optimizing balance sheets, enhancing liquidity, and executing strategic priorities such as M&A, product innovation, and capital management. In this role, you will operate at the front end of the transaction lifecycle , translating market developments into actionable opportunities, shaping transaction themes, partnering with transaction originators and structuring teams. You will play a key role in the cross functional team in advancing Swiss Re's transactions capabilities.
