Overview About the Role: The Administrative Director is to provide comprehensive leadership of the administrative, clinical and community outreach functions for the Liver Transplant service line. Responsible for the program’s adherence to all policies,procedures and by-laws of the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), and the Conditions of Participation promulgated by CMS and HRSA regulations. In conjunction with the COO and the Program Director for Liver Transplantation, develops strategic plans for business growth and development for the practice. Directs the staff at providing patient outreach and care as aligned with leading practices for transplant, and at achieving operational and clinical metrics as determined in collaboration with respective leaders for these areas. Ensures safe, efficient, and effective health care for individuals with end stage liver disease that may require liver transplantation, as well as treating those patients with complex hepatobiliary diseases.
