The Senior Accountant - Incentive Compensation is responsible for administering, calculating, analyzing, and reporting employee incentive compensation programs. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in incentive payments while partnering with Talent, Payroll, and operational leaders to support business objectives. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of accounting principles, with working knowledge of GAAP preferred. They possess advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis techniques to support decision-making.
