Job description

Description The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and meals to guests, greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring Hotel standards of service. As needed take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to hotel guests in their hotel rooms as well as at guest tables according Hotel specifications. This should all be done in a courteously and efficiently. He/she will collect payments, maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment, stock all wares and equipment needed for service, and assist in the maintenance of the Food and Beverage (F&B) areas and equipment.
