Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) 35 bed unit with strong family centered care and single room setup Location: Naperville, IL: Full Time - 36 hours per week Hours: Days 7am – 7:30pm & Nights 7 pm - 7:30 am rotating every six weeks. Including rotating weekends and rotating holidays. Required Travel: Yes, other women and children units What you will need: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021) Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure Current BLS through AHA: Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into position NICU experience highly preferred: Benefits (For full time or part time positions): Premium pay such as shift, on call, holiday and more based on an employee’s job (For eligible positions) Incentive pay for select positions: Opportunity for annual increases based on p...
