Department: 37501 BayCare Leased Employees - Acute Care Rehabilitation Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: $5,000 sign on bonus. Monday through Friday with weekend/holiday commitment (one weekend per month/one holiday per year). Could consider variable days/hours during week. The clinician will treat a variety of diagnoses including stroke, critical illness, brain injury, orthopedic conditions, post-operative, other neuro disorders, generalized weakness and other diagnoses seen throughout the hospital. Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 Interprets physician referrals, as appropriate, and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations utilizing appropriate methods. Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals and by utilizing appropriate techniques. Monitors and evaluates outcomes and appropriately adjusts the individualized treatment plan based on the patient's response to treatment and provides status updates to physicians and other teammates.
