Job Description: - Implement new payroll projects including payroll system conversion for clients - Process multiple states’ payrolls for multiple clients - Research new regulations and reflect payrolls to comply with federal, states, counties requirements - Examine and improves existing payroll procedures of the assigned projects - Ensure quality of customer services - Communicate/interact with clients, sales department, and project members in order to meet our clients’ expectation - Manage assigned projects as a project leader and review procedures, profit, client expectation, renew agreement, train project members etc. - Participate in internal projects as assigned - Other duties as assigned - Work from home with independently R...
