Company: Job Description: GENERAL OVERVIEW: Provides professional nursing care to patients through the nursing process; responsible for the assigned educational components. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum - Implements staff training, educational programs, and other AHNCI initiatives. (25%) - Serves as clinical liaison for QI/EBP initiatives, regulatory preparation, and EMR facilitation. (25%) - Precepts new hires to the AHNCI. (25%) - Provides expert direct nursing care to complex patients. (10%) - Contributes to the achievements of departmental, divisional, and organizational goals. (5%) - Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with collaborative feedback to clinical services. (5%) - Other duties as assigned.
