Senior Financial Analyst CommonSail Investment Group: This position is responsible for the preparation of various business segment financial information, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting packages. This position will also provide timely financial insights on both existing and proposed business segment initiatives. Duties/Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Prepares annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports and reviews results with business segment financial leadership - Creates ad hoc templates, reports, and analysis to improve financial performance - Aggregates large sets of data from multiple sources (General ledger, Excel) to identify trends/variances. - Reviews and updates regulatory and government annual reports/surveys/census. - Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. - Works with Accounting team to ensure an accurate, efficient and timely monthly financial close process - Performs all other duties as assigned. - Extensive Knowledge of general financial terminology - Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles. - Highly proficient with accounting softwa...
