Descripción del empleo As part of our Talent team, you will play a key role in strengthening our people strategy across Spain and Portugal. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, combining full-cycle hiring expertise with a strong focus on stakeholder partnership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. A key element of this role is supporting the rollout of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and helping embed a new, scalable way of working that leverages AI to improve quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience.
