About the role selectability is seeking a dedicated and organised administration officer to join our growing aged care team. As an administration officer, you will support high-quality aged care services in regional and remote areas. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery as well as supporting the team in delivering exceptional care to our older persons. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - receiving and responding to a high volume of phone calls - assisting the General Manager Aged Care and supporting our service delivery staff - general administrative duties - organise FIFO travel arrangement for staff - raising of purchase orders - data collation and data entry - assisting facility staff with general program support About you: To be considered for this rewarding role you will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
