About the Role Culmen International is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the development of compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals in response to government and international organization solicitations. The ideal candidate is both a strong project manager and an exceptional communicator, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates effectively across teams, and consistently delivers high-quality work under tight deadlines. What You’ll Do in Your New Role - Lead end-to-end proposal management for federal, state, local, and international opportunities and provide ad hoc proposal support, as requested - Integrate cross-functional teams (capture, technical, pricing, recruiting, teammates, leadership) to implement capture strategies and exceed solicitation scoring expectations. - Analyze, review, and fully understand solicitation language to ensure compliance. - Apply strong communication and problem-solving skills to guide development of tailored, winning solutions. - Ensure on-time delivery of compliant, compelling proposals for all assigned opportunities. - Write and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, past performance, resumes, and manage...
