This role is ideal for a candidate with prior law firm experience supporting attorneys in complex commercial real estate matters. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about handling a wide range of transactions, including the development, acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial properties, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A Day in the Life: In this dynamic role, you will be immersed in a fast-paced Commercial Real Estate practice, providing vital support to attorneys while collaborating with other paralegals and project assistants in a team-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include playing an integral role in all transactions, with a specific focus on preparing critical dates memos and closing checklists, analyzing title commitments, title instruments, and boundary surveys, preparing authorizing resolutions and closing certificates, and coordinating with all parties involved in a real estate closing.
