Description We’re looking for a Community and Events Program Manager to lead the strategy and daily operations of Tech School’s educator community. You’ll drive engagement, strengthen teacher relationships, and manage both online and in-person events to ensure educators and students feel supported, connected, and celebrated. Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office. About The Role: - Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure seamless delivery across Tech School initiatives - Own the strategy, operations, and daily management of Tech School’s educator community — including engagement, communication, and feedback collection - Lead our online teacher community (Slack): post regular updates, moderate conversations, answer questions, and foster inclusive, values-aligned dialogue - Serve as the primary point of contact for teacher-facing communication, aligning across instructors, curriculum, and logistics - Plan and execute in-person and virtual programming for teachers and students — including monthly program days, guest speaker events, and creative workshops - Coordinate training sessions for educators th...
