Job description

We are seeking a Manager to join our Financial Reporting team, within Technical Accounting. The Technical Accounting team assesses the Company’s most complex accounting and reporting matters. The Manager, Financial Reporting assists business partners in making informed decisions around key commercial matters while maintaining accounting compliance. This is a vital role to the company and will play a key role in developing and driving strategic decisions and improvements within the finance organization. The candidate will contribute towards developing world-class accounting and reporting processes and controls to effectively help prepare the Company for its continued future growth. What You'll Do: - Analyze accounting and financial reporting considerations for complex accounting and reporting topics including debt and equity transactions, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, segment reporting, among others. - Research technical accounting and reporting matters and prepare well-written memoranda and presentations ensuring the appropriate accounting conclusions are reached - Assist in the preparation of our regulatory filings including the Company’s quarterly SEC filings and local statu...
