Overview The Function of the Facilities Management (FM) Customer Site Representative is to serve as the full time, on-site representative of Sharp Business Systems at a specific client location. Responsibilities: Running print and copy jobs for users: - Production device operation and maintenance along with any requested finishing services including binding, laminations, booklet making. - Job ticket workflow and proof preparation for customer review and approval - Quality checks, including problem diagnosis and correction. - Packaging and delivery of completed jobs to customers - Tracking of resources used per job – including consumables, paper inventory, and finishing supplies for projects via Office Services. - Inventory management for supplies – including the ordering of supplies to replenish ones used and maintaining proper inventory for recurring projects. Device Management and Functionality: - Device management and functionality: copying, faxing, printing, scanning, device cleaning, problem diagnosis and resolution. - Consumables and replaceable parts inventory management including toner replacements on contracted machines and supply ordering for contracted machines. - Primar...
