Eataly’s cheese department is home to 500+ of the highest quality cheeses specially sourced from Italy, internationally and locally. Many of the cheeses are entirely exclusive to Eataly. A Salumi and Formaggi Artisan prepares, packages, receives and stocks product. They have a passion for cheese and meats, and the ability to share that passion with Eataly’s guests.
