Company Description Maven Dental Cairns City has a Full-time Receptionist position available at our large city practice. We are a 6-chair practice with a general anaesthetic facility operating weekly. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a dental assistant or dental receptionist. Experience with D4W software and basic knowledge of Microsoft applications are required. Job Description: As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor - Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently - Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality - Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care - Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone - There will be an aspect of dental assisting, on an ad hoc basis as needed.
