Job description

Your role: As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the physical integrity of the community by ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff maintenance responsibilities. What you will do: - Diagnose and perform minor or routine preventative maintenance or repair on all units and equipment - Remove and transfer heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant - Inspect and help coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services of apartments after move out - Use expert knowledge to abide by pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials - Create and assist with work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner - Schedule vendors and contractors/responsible for curb appeal - Ensure all amenities and grounds are finished and ready for review - Walk move-outs to assess damages/issues and reports results to the Maintenance Supervisor What you will bring: - Two or more years of experience in related field - EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification required - High school diploma or equivalent required...
