This weekend Warehouse Operations Manager position works on site in Madison, MS Schedule: Thursday - Sunday Shift: Evening Manages and coordinates storage and distribution activities to ensure maximum utilization of facilities. Responsible for the overall management, administration and evaluation of warehouse operations. This position is ultimately responsible for business retention, revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising, rewarding, developing, and succession planning. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. - Develop and implement strategy to achieve operational and financial performance expectations. Develop and direct execution of Key Performance Indicators targets as measured against customer and company goals. - Administer operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
