HP AM Competence center engineer Description -: The Competence Center team is the organization that consolidates technical knowledge and acts as highest technical authority in the region. As part of this team the candidate will be exposed to work on complex troubleshooting cases and defining tools and processes to improve the service performance on the region to maximize customer satisfaction and service performance indicators. The position requires frequent travel (approximately 50%) across multiple EMEA countries to engage with customers and partners, understand application environments, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. The role operates with a high level of autonomy, demonstrating proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset to drive service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in the Additive Manufacturing business.
