Systems Engineer (Experienced or Lead) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a Systems Engineer (Experienced or Lead) within the Executive Transport Services and Support (ETS&S) division in Oklahoma City, OK. Position Responsibilities: System requirements development, decomposition, and allocation System logical & functional decomposition/analysis: System architecture, design, and synthesis: System verification and validation of requirements Support FAA and Military Certification: System analysis and project engineering (Technical Performance Measures, Risk, Issue, & Opportunity Management, SEIT performance/leading indicator metrics) Lead and support cross-functional teams, working groups, program, and customer meetings and technical design reviews Develop and deliver SEIT products such as architecture models/documents, requirements databases, specifications, reports, etc. Collaborate with customer organizations: Mentor and coach (ensuring team understands & executes Boeing processes, ensuring quality of all the team's internal/external deliverables) Travel periodically to support customer and supplie...
