Schedule: Part Time | 16 or 32 hours/pay period | 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. | Every other weekend OR 3 out of 4 weekends per month - you choose! Pay Range: $24.00- $28.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location. Premium pay if working 3 out of 4 weekends per month! What you'll do as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Monitor Resident Health and Document Changes - Obtain necessary information to initiate and update the Plan of Care for each resident. Observe and document changes in resident’s physical, mental, or emotional status. Communicate resident changes with the interdisciplinary team and document all observations.
