The Compensation Senior Manager will work in our fast-paced, vibrant environment to execute day-to-day administration of Aramark’s broad-based global compensation programs and initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work and network on a global scale across functions, particularly with HR leadership for processes that impact the whole organization including salary structures, compensation data architecture, job evaluation, benchmarking, and incentive plan support.
