Academic Req: Required – Associate degree or bachelor’s or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university preferably in one of the following areas: social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field of study; Preferred – Graduate degree from accredited program/university in a related field Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention Work experience: Required – Minimum of one (1) year of related experience and/or training; Preferred – Two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position. 2. Supervise development of shift schedules and staff assignments. 3. Monitor zone supervisors to ensure that daily progress and activities are documented completely and accurately and in compliance with agency policies and procedures. 4.
